Returns & Refunds Policy

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it without giving any reason. As most of our orders are delivered through Cash on Delivery (COD), cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has already been dispatched, the courier charges will be borne by the customer, even if the parcel is later refused or returned.

If you wish to return a product after receiving it, please inform us within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

To request a cancellation, return, or refund, please email us at info@goldenshilajit.pk along with your order number and relevant details.

Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed within 2 working days. Refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method, while refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa.

Please note: Courier and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility once the order has been dispatched.

Conditions for Returns

For goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is in its original, unopened packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

Products made or customized to your specific request
Products that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiry date
Products that are unsealed after delivery, due to health and hygiene reasons
Products that have, after delivery, been mixed or combined with other items

We reserve the right to decline returns of any item that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. Refunds cannot be processed until we have received and confirmed the returned item.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once we receive the item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the sender had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
